- Assign you with your own dedicated Property Professional who will take full responsibility for the sale.

- Do a thorough evaluation of your property to get you a fair and market-related listing price (various factors are taken into consideration to guarantee the price is spot on).

- Pay one of our in-house professional photographers* to take photographs and videos of your property to best showcase all of its unique features.

- Send and pay for a runner to check whether building plans* are available for your property. If there are no plans available, we can recommend a professional to draft new plans, but the cost will be for the owner's account.

- Help drive the sale of your property during the window of opportunity (the three months right after listing) by paying for featured advertisements* on online platforms such as Property24 and Private Property, for instance.

- Not waste your time with prospective sellers who do not qualify for a loan or have a bad credit record.

- Not use your property as a stepping stone in an attempt to sell other properties.

- Contribute a certain amount* towards the moving company we are working in conjunction with.

This only applies if the sale was successful and the amount depends on the price your property sold for. Also, the contribution cannot be paid out in cash and is only applicable to the moving company we use.
